Why do we love this whisky?
Deanston Distillery, originally a cotton mill before being converted into a distillery in 1966, is known for using traditional production methods, including fermenting for longer periods to create a fruity, complex, delicious spirit. Deanston is also one of the few distilleries that generates its own electricity using a hydroelectric turbine powered by the River Teith, so every dram is helping to save the planet!
