Why do we love this whisky?
Tassie's oldest operating distillery, Hellyers Road, has been producing outstanding examples of Australian Whisky since the '90s. Their provenance and tenure have led to them being crowned Australia's most awarded distillery - which is immediately apparent on first taste of any of their offerings.
