Why do we love this whisky?
Crafted in the windswept Orkney Islands, where Norse spirit and whisky tradition intertwine, this single malt dram is an ode to time-honoured craftsmanship… As one of the northernmost distilleries in the world, Highland Park maintains its storied legacy by using traditional floor malting techniques, turning its barley by hand before drying it over locally cut, aromatic and heather-rich 4,000 year old Orkney peat before being distilled and aged in European and American sherry casks, allowing for the development of their signature style where each sip unfolds with exceptional balance and depth.
