Made from scratch using Pacific Northwest two-row barley and Forkish’s sourdough levain, Westward fermented in-house for 13 days – then double pot distilled to create the most flavourful, fruity un-aged whiskey they have ever produced.

Sourdough is back. In our perpetual search for ways to revolutionise whiskey, we reached out to James Beard Award-winning baker Ken Forkish and introduced his French sourdough levain instead of our typical pale ale yeast. This creative release is a thoughtful mingling of four different vintages from across the years which builds on the success of our inaugural Sourdough release (2020).
