Why do we love this case?
Iconic wines, created by iconic producers in the iconic Barossa Valley. That's what this one's all about, just taking three of the country's best-known wines and putting them all together in one place for one fantastic price. Honestly, this might be the best mixed case we've ever had the pleasure of putting together... don't be the one that misses out!
1x Grant Burge Meshach Shiraz 2019
Red — Shiraz
Barossa Valley — Australia
Grant Burge Meshach shiraz; Globally sought after. Internationally renowned. Unparalleled craftsmanship. That is to say: this is a big deal. No two ways about it, this wine’s at the big end of town. Lots of fruit, lots of oak, lots of impact. This is shiraz that holds the spirit of the Barossa in it’s hands and allows you to drink it in. Deeply mysterious in colour; flashes of inky blue and violet purple poking through what is a dark, ominous onyx. Ripe rhubarb and black cherry on the nose, with leather, cedar, and cigar box revealing themselves as the wines allowed to amble around the glass.
You’d pay $250 full price.

1x St Hallett Old Block Shiraz 2018
Red — Shiraz
Barossa Valley — Australia
It would be quite appropriate to say that this St Hallett is nothing short of an ICON of the Australian wine industry. A well known and universally revered brand. Well, this is their flagship, the Old Block Shiraz, it doesn't get any better than this. A wine that regularly delights the critics and finds its way into the most discerning cellars. Some of the fruit used comes from vines planted over 150 years ago and the wine spends over a year in 25% new French oak. It’s pure silk on the palate, endlessly elegant and surprisingly light on its feet despite the depth of flavour. Plum, cinnamon, dark chocolate, pepper and cedar intertwine, making for some heady drinking. We’re loving how it’s going now, but can’t wait to see it after a decade and then two decades. Do you have the patience?
You’d pay $160 full price.

1x Hobbs of Barossa Gregor Shiraz 2021
Red — Shiraz
Barossa Valley — Australia
Powerful and imposing on the lips. Unrivalled aromatic intensity. An enduring, borderline-formidable finish. This is a truly captivating wine that impresses at every turn.
Brooding black fruits of blackberry and blackcurrant, with pulpy red fruit intensity throughout. Mocha, tobacco, earth. There is powerful, premium oak being deployed here, but not so much that it shapes the wine, rather just creates a floor on which the fruit can properly showcase itself. There's a reason why this is one of Australia's most revered wines; there's not a berry out of place - immaculate.
You’d pay $150 full price.
