Why do we love this wine?
It’s a classic Barossa blend done right: cabernet sauvignon (37%), shiraz (34%) and merlot (29%), sourced from carefully chosen vineyards across the valley floor. In the glass, it’s deep and dark with a purple glow. Cabernet leads from the front - leafy, cassis-driven and confident - while shiraz brings the spice and richness. Merlot smooths the edges with plush red fruit and a round, easy flow.
