This wine is singing right now. Everything is where it should be, great fruit intensity, fine tannin and just a couple of tertiary notes that nod to the age. Unashamedly Margaret River - one sip and you know, it couldn't be from anywhere else.

Why do we love this wine?
This is a memorable one. We try so many wines here at Mofo HQ that sometimes they all blur into one but from our first look at this beauty we knew we had something special on our hands. This stood out amongst some other very high quality wines and sparked quite a heated debate about whether or not it was the best cabernet we've tried all year. Red and dark fruits, boysenberries and a hints of black cherries make way for a graphitey and herbaceous finish that keeps going and going and going. This could happily live for another 20 years but when it's drinking this well how it is, we know what we'll be doing.
