From one of the industry's most well-known and instantly recognisable producers, this beautiful drop is equally at home now with a hearty meal, or in the cellar for the next 10 years. Each single-vineyard has distinct feel and flavour, this is no different. Black cherry, mulberry, vanilla and cocoa, a touch of mint and silky-but-robust tannins holding the whole thing together. This is Vale shiraz at its peak.
