Why do we love this wine?
Hand-picked, co-fermented with a touch of Viognier, plunged daily for a month, then matured in a mix of new and seasoned French oak. Blood plum, black cherry, star anise and tapenade, with a soft, pillowy tannin. Cool-climate site, warm-climate intensity. Shiraz lovers of all kinds will find something heart-warming here.
