Why do we love this wine?
Wild Earth are a solid mofo favourite and absolute favourites of the wine press too. A considered blend of fruit from highly regarded vineyards in Central Otago, selected to highlight the strengths of the ripping '21/'22 growing season; this wine has everything: elegance, grace, poise, power. There is a seductive bouquet of black fruits on the nose, with a touch of the tertiary mushroom complexity. Expect dark cherry, plum and thyme on the plate, this has it all in check, composed and confident.
