Why do we love this wine?
This is a very smart blend with a nod to the varieties often found in our favourite rosés of Southern France. Grenache and mourvedre lead the charge here bringing texture, complexity and red fruits while a smidgen of vermentino adds some freshness and juiciness. If you have never heard the term '20 minute bottle' then you'll soon find out what it is all about, the kind of wine that is chilled in the esky, cracked open once the BBQ starts and disappears before you can even put the snags on. Drink it cold, drink it with friends and enjoy the warmer months.
