Why do we love this wine?
Expect perky acid, green apple, citrus zest and of course that little hint of mineralic salinity that gruner is known for. There's texture here too, and length, enough of each to carry a huge range of dishes. There's no need for any further ageing, this is right in that sweet spot. We love it with fish and chips - but you could get way more imaginative than that if you wanted!
