Why do we love this wine?
Tangerine and orange peel immediately stand out, running along a tight, linear acid line that keeps everything dry, crisp and crunchy. There's a good bit of texture in there too, nothing heavy, just enough to give it some shape, before a distinctly saline edge shows up on the finish - a direct line back to that rocky soils of the vineyard. Refreshing without leaning thin, structured without being over complicated. This is the kind of Riesling that works with any occasion, or any food. Fantastic stuff!
