Why do we love this wine?
So beautifully perfumed. White flowers and lemon myrtle citrus leaping out of the glass, with honeycomb and minerality lurking beneath it. This is complex to its core - there is an enormous amount going on. The acidity is sitting back in the wine now, allowing the citrus fruits and intensity to shine, and shine they do. This is mesmerising, delicate, and delightfully aged riesling.
